Hello Everybody

I'm posting this with the hope of getting some answers or advice from anybody out there that has run into a similar situation.  If either Brian or Dustin read this maybe they would have some king of input.

We ended up having extra Town Park tickets and through the message board got in touch with some nice folks that were looking for TP tickets.  We talked on the phone a few times to make arrangements for exchanging the tickets.  The person who was purchasing the tickets from us met a contact (not me, we live out of state) in Denver and gave him a check for the tickets and we sent the tickets out that afternoon via registered, certified US mail.  As of now, the tickets have not arrived to the purchaser and are a few days late of their expected delivery date (based on the 3-4 days for this type of mail).  To make things even more nerve-wracking, the purchaser has already sold her camping and festival passes after arranging to buy our town park passes.

I know that all of the information on line and in the information sent with the tickets says they are non-replaceable.  I'm just trying to figure out if there is anything that we can do at this point.  We have the ticket numbers, receipts and the tracking numbers and receipts from the post office.  Of course we hope that the tickets are just delayed and will get there in a day or two but if they don't????

Four people may be completely shut out of the festival after already having tickets and looking forward to it for months and, someone might be out more than $1000.

Does anyone out there have any ideas at all???

First thing you do is...  BREATHE, my friend!  Dustin and Brian will fix this, I promise.    Thumbs Up I've seen this situation a time or two, and there is always something to be done, especially in the case of honest festivarians such as yourselves.  I'm sure just as soon as Dustin drags his slack bum out of the sack he will respond to your post and tell you what needs to happen.  Have faith in the festivarian spirit, Mr. Spewlander!!  Flower

Howdy,

Well, the mail has been checked today (Saturday) and still no tickets.  We do check the USPS web site every day and when entering the tracking numbers there has still been no update since the day the tix were mailed.

I am breathing sure, but I'm still getting pretty damn concerned.

Thanks for the words of confidence.  Still have faith that it will work out but not sure I'll be comfortable untill it does.
