I just added a few more videos to our TBF 2008 page, thanks to our friends at MusiqBase.com.

The collection now includes a few complete songs from: Telluride House Band (awesome instrumental version of "I Am a Pilgrim" and "Same Old River"), YMSB, Del McCoury Band, Uncle Earl, Punch Brothers, and The Duhks - including some great footage of them playing through that Sunday morning hail storm.

We'd love to hear some feedback on these.  And definitely let us know if you're having trouble getting them to play...

I'm right there with ya.  I think that song can't go any higher after Jerry's solo, then Sam and Bela take it to the next hemisphere and that last chorus just knocks me out.  Love it.  Thumbs Up

To put a huge smile on your face, check out the video of the House Band doing "Green Slime."  Waldo Otto wandered onstage near the end to add the perfect vocal part...  LOL

Wahoo! Did I mention I love you people the on the Planet?! Thanks Brian! I got goosebumps when Sam began to sing, it just took me right back to standing there on that field and knowing we get to do it all again before too long makes me want to do a little happy dance. Off to it...

That was a msg for Brian really, as a way of saying thanks.  It was meant to be a mental visual. I'm sure everyone watching is smilin' and woo hoo'in, no matter where they are.

So to answer your question, I'm sittin at my computer, smilin' and woo hoo'in.  But I was there during that set, no doubt about it.  I haven't watched the other videos, but I will.

I just uploaded a bunch more videos from Telluride 2008 courtesy of our friends at MusiqBase...

- Two songs from Sam Bush Band, including the Newgrass Revival classic "Souvenir Bottles"
- Four songs from Cadillac Sky, including some ferocious fiddle and banjo on "Slow Train Coming"

And...

A really cool interview with Bela Fleck and Edgar Meyer - talking about Bela's "Throw Down Your Heart" project, the state of the banjo, and Bela and Edgar's ongoing collaboration

Check it out and let us know what you think...
