According to a book on neuro development I'm reading, seniors who regularly dance lower their chance of dementia related illness by 76%. Those who play an instrument lower it by 69%. I don't what that says about us loons but I like to think we're actually working on some sort of health regime eh?

I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music.

We can do these things throughout our lives.  I think that continuing to learn is helpful as well
