Old Crow Medicine Show: I have seen this band 3 times and they are absolutely amazing. They are such talented musicials and I think they would be a great addition to the '09 lineup.

Oakhurst (pleez pleez pleez)
Assembly of Dust
Leftover Salmon (again) or Great American Taxi or just get Vince Herman and Drew Emmitt up there!
Keller Williams would be amazing.  Let him bring who he wants...
John Butler
Robert Earl Keen, Jr.
Pat Green
Willie Nelson

(get Robert Earl Keen, Jr, Pat Green, and Willie Nelson on stage together... that would be pretty amazing).

Of all the bands above, I think Oakhurst deserves a good two-hour setting at TBF...

Howdy Y'all ~

My first little venture into Festival-Telluride land.  First, a very Merry Christmas to all from the mountains of N.C., the land of Merlefest.

Have wanted to get out to Telluride for years, & this just may be the year we can accomplish it.  I'm going to suggest a rather eclectic blend, but I'm sure most of these folks are on the radar.

Aside from the regulars, (New Grass genre gang) I bleeve you should consider the following:
  Goose Creek Symphony
  Cherryholmes
  Ollabelle
  Guy Clark
  Toubab Krewe
  Asylum Street Spankers

Wishing all a Blessed New Year!!    Peace's
