Hey Folks!

Anyone heading to the Big Easy for NYE and doing Billy Strings? We are making a slow swamp camping pilgrimage visiting some southern TBF folkers on the way. We arrive in NOLA on the 29th, and are staying in the marina on Ponchatrane sp? at the Seabrook Villa near the venue. We know a few folks going, but looking for others interested in having fun in NOLA!

Terrible time to be in the quarter but you'll have a blast at the show.

Enjoy the show Todd. Be careful out on the streets of NOLA.
If you have time, check out Frenchman Street. About 3 blocks
of music clubs just outside of the French Quarters. Also Tipitina's,
Maple Leaf, RocknBowl,' Blue Nile and dba where Billy once played
several years ago.

Be careful on dark streets. We also keep most of our funds/credit cards
in the room and bring the money we plan on spending that night.
I could tell you several stories about friends having a bad night in
NOLA including having their car "jacked."
