You are allowed the freedom to do with your meat as you please, just make sure nobodies looking who shouldn't! You can post invites on the bathroom walls!

Yes!  Barring any specific fire ban/restrictions (like in 2019), propane pits/stoves/heating devices are allowed in all campgrounds.

I just picked on up Amazon for 100 bucks. Good reviews. Hopefully we aren't in a full on drought like 2018.

Not sure about Ilium, but I've used a propane Fire Pit at Lawson the last 3 yrs.
