Wave   OK - so the hole thing has finally gelled in my mind....  Wave

I propose we find about 300 pounds of bacon, make sure each pound is distributed in the town park camps during the oyster feed on June 16th, 2009. At or about exactly 9am on June 17th, 2009 each of those 300 pounds of bacon hit a hot skillet in town park. The smell should be quite intoxicating, I believe.

Not sure exactly what to call it but I'm sure our creative festivarians will come up with something. Then the mayor can add it to the master social events list which he will publish at the end of May.

Whaddaya think?

I think we should call the event the "2009 TBF Town Park Pork Off".

at or about exactly 9a.m.  I actually understand that, coming from Hippie.
Was anyone even UP at 9a.m on Wed?  Maybe still up after homebrew, oysters, and then, tropical tuesday at crossroads, I think I got back to my camp about daylight or later.  Just may have to marathon it, again.
Hooch, I would like to sample Bacon Bloody Marys, just to keep my bac at a functional level at that hour of the day. Cheers

Oh so true; I know it's not a race. When I say marathon,  I'm talking endurance marathon.  You know I pace myself, heck I even get a nap in now and then in the rockin' chair. LOL LOL   Cheers
and here I sit at 2a.m. still on this forum when I should probably be horizontal.   Rolleyes  fresh tracks in a few hours though!
