So about the lineup....

Anyone got guesses on who the artists TBA are? Yola? Tyler Childers? Billy Strings? Bob Weir?

 Cheers

I wonder what the hold up is? PB still tying up loose ends on artist negotiations/contracts? Who knows...6 weeks away. Hope they were able to keep BS on-board.

From what I understood, I think they are trying to get most the artists that were scheduled for 2020. You'd think they'd be trying real hard for BMFS as he's definitely pulled in some big awards since his last TBF. I just hope they steer clear of Ricky Skaggs, I mean he's one hell of a singer and picker but his personal opinions and stage banter are not so great!

If they have 4 artists a day, as per the e-mail, and wknd one is 3 days. They already announced 12 artists that weekend so I’m not sure how they would add more to it?

Good point! Let's work backwards to see if they can squeeze in any more.

Weekend 1:
o Friday, June 11: Gates open at 3pm, music times from 5pm to 10:30pm
o Saturday, June 12: Gates open at 1pm, music times from 3pm to 10:30pm
o Sunday, June 13: Gates open at 1pm, music times from 3pm to 10:30pm

- Weekend 2:
o Thursday, June 17: Gates open at 3pm, music times from 5pm to 10:30pm
o Friday, June 18: Gates open at 1pm, music times from 3pm to 10:30pm
o Saturday, June 19: Gates open at 1pm, music times from 3pm to 10:30pm
o Sunday, June 20: Gates open at 1pm, music times from 3pm to 10:30pm

Seems on the 3-1030 days there's probably room for 5 bands, unless they'll all have over an hour set.

I think you're right.  How long is changeover between sets typically?  If it's 30 min, that seems like enough time for 4 bands for an hour and closer for 1.5 hours.

3-4 Band 1

4-4:30 changeover

4:30-5:30 Band 2

5:30-6 Changeover

6-7 Band 3

7-7:30 Changeover

7:30-8:30 Band 4

8:30-9 Changeover

9-10:30 Band 5

Lucas, in past years it seems they do a fantastic job shuffling bands on and off stage, unless there's a lot of gear or sound checking to do seems like it's typically around 15-20 minutes.

Lineup prognostication has always a fun game to me.  Here's my 100% unofficial stab at putting a schedule together based on what's mentioned in the thread, historical set lengths/break times (mostly just a stab in the dark, but directionally makes sense), and where I'd expect (or want) to slot the bands which have been announced.

Oh he's going. Potluck String Band hosts the Pot Luck Pickin' area. I really want to go to this as well. We are considering...
