Howdy Folks!

Please hang on just a little bit for refund details. Most of these tickets were purchased beyond some magical date where credit card numbers disappear. So, we're sorting out some mechanics but I thinkW we'll have this figure out early next week enough to communicate the plan directly to ticket holders.  We'll be offering the choice to 1. cash refund, 2. move to next year, or 3. chip in to a "fallow fund" which we're working on describing  for any unredeemed tickets, with the money going to some of the artists, 2020 TBF Crew, KOTO, and a couple other things. We want to describe these ideas a little better so festivarians know where the money goes if they choose to leave it on the table.

So, hang on a bit and we'll get through this part so that we can begin some fantastic fallowing!

We try to smile... such a bewildering time.

Thanks!

Ferg

Thank you very much Craig. It is our hope that all the Festivarian Family, including Planet Bluegrass and its staff, emerge OK and healthy from this.
No need to rush, since most of us are not going anywhere any time soon. :)
Peace and stay safe.

Ferg

I wanted to reach out to you Craig when I saw you post this but then I thought gee 4000 posts I think you have most likely have had your fill of my opinions and comments. But I want you to know that you and the entire family at PBG have meant so much to use we are here and not going anywhere. We all cherish spending Summer Solstice with all of you and your faces are engraved in my memory forever. Part of my family.

We shall ride this wave together!

Huge hug Ferg

Thank you for the update, Ferg.  Just as BuckeyeDog said, we're not going anywhere fast.   If there is an opportunity to buy 2020 resale tickets and apply to next year, I would 100% be onboard with that.  Money is money and happy to support PB however it's useful.
Take care everyone, and be well!  Flower

It would be lovely to not have to worry about getting tickets next year, if we apply this year's to 2021.  So, could you also include ways to contribute separately to artists and Planet Bluegrass, KOTO, and other relevant entities?  Thanks, stay well all.

I like the options 2 and 3. Thumbs Up

A lot of the artists have lost a lot of income caused by the social distancing due to the pandemic and the money I would have spent at this years festival would be better spent saving the lives of those that need it most.

Thanks, Ferg and company. We care about you and love what you're doing. Flower

Thanks for all the options! This is the best news thats come out of this whole mess. I'm upset about missing this year, but I know its not the end. Hope everyone is warm and cozy. Our 90 degree weather has taken a turn towards the cold, going to have to bring in all those summer plants.  Cheers

Hoping we see some of you in between now and 2021. Stay safe, so we can see you!

I can't wait for my first show post quarantine! Not sure yet what thats going to be.

Thanks for the update, Ferg.  For the record, we would gladly donate our ticket funds for 2020 to the scheduled artists, PB and other entities that make TBF a reality!

Hope we can have both the option of moving our tickets to 2021, and also chipping in extra funds to go towards keeping PBG and the bands thriving through these difficult times!

One upside to this is that the scalperscum won't profit off their ill gotten ducats for any shows this year.

Is there a way to deny them refunds for being complete Dturds?
