BIT changes hands

I believe the deal officially closed on Friday.

Menu will initially remain the same, but new owners will look at changes in the future.

Had an apple turnover yesterday, so all is well (for the time being).

Hopefully whatever they are building across the street will not ruin the atmosphere of the tables on the patio.

It’s pretty much been my favourite hangout in town ( apart from the world’s best public library). Everything changes but let’s hope it doesn’t change too much.

It is a damn fine library! If you don't already you should get one of their stickers. It says "Came for Bluegrass, Stayed for the library".

As far as view from the porch:  I imagine it'll be drastically compromised ... it's going to be a large building that may have received variances (from the LUC) to be even larger than use by right.

Hopefully whatever changes they make they keep prices reasonable and service quick. That is my favorite place to pop in for a quick croissant or pizza without going broke.

Although I am also a recent fan of Taco Gnar a few blocks down.
