They just might need that ladder! Seems the place had quite a history with the billiards, cigars, whiskey, card games and dancing girls. Sounds like Town Park!  Evil

I don't really know the owners, so couldn't say ... but would venture a guess it's worth a shot for your friend to approach them directly to see if they're interested?
