I couldn't do TBF this year, but I did try for the RockyGrass Academy for about the 6th time. No luck yet. I'm beginning to wonder if there's a secret to getting an Academy spot.  I know of more than a few people who get to go every year. Do they save spots for returning students first, or something?

Asking those with past lottery experience. If you haven't received a pending charge at this point should you consider that finalized that you won't be getting lottery tickets. Or does it sometimes take a few days to happen? Wondering at what point I need to begin the search for two TP passes.

Fingers crossed. Someone just posted elsewhere they think they have a charge for Rockygrass. They can't be done with Telluride already. Maybe two different teams doing the processing.
