about that Secretary of Da Fence thing... I actually had already thought that we should have a sign to put on the fence up at Run a Muck that says "This Space Reserved for Secretary of Da Fence" ... i had that thought right when i was emailing about the A to the J thing. Is it ESP?

now have you named the Secretary of State of Mind?
The Secretary of Just Ice?
The Secretary of Festi-Culture?
The Secretay of Fest- Affairs?
