Did anyone see or buy that John Hartford hardcover book for sale in the merch tent? They were all gone by the 2nd day and I didn't get a chance to see the author / publisher. Thanks!

Whoops, I never followed up on my comment above. It is the same book. The link Zack posted looks like it is only for the audio version. I am really enjoying the book, well worth the price.
