Ok, I found Glow Sticks real cheap on ebay and was ready to pull the trigger.  strong

And then thought I should put it to a vote. Talk

Does anyone know if you can put these back in a fridge to reuse?  huh

Then we could bring them back year after year.  Thumbs Up

No Glow sticks Do not Last in the freezer
It is an Urban myth that fathers tell their children,
(right along with if you feed a chicken nugget it will turn into a baby chicken)
But if you get the manufaturers name I will gladly do the research to see if they are
at least recyclable.
I bought mine for HSBG from the thrift store, but yeah let me know

Here is just one That I found $50 for 1000 of them.  EEK!
Free delivery!  Comes out to only .05 cents each.
This is the only one i found that had a manufactures name. Wink

The cheapest ones I found on there where $42 That is total with ground shipping.
But no manufactures name.  Rolleyes

i've heard that if you add the juice from some glowstick into one of those bubble making guns your bubbles will glow!!!  .....seems almost to good to be true lol

Here's a project, take the used glow sticks and weave them into a basket or camp coasters (does anyone use coasters at camp?).  We need a 101 uses for used glow sticks.    Hmmmm Time to get off the forum and do some packing.

Ahhhh Glow sticks, can't live with em, can't live without em!  This is a must after dark for me - makes it very easy to find my kids running around when camping! 

Another option is the battery powered glowsticks, they turn on and off and take a small battery.  More spendy though, but less wasteful.  Some slowly turn different rainbow colors, ooooo, ahhhhh.

Well that makes me feel guilty for the ones I do have and Jealous of the ones that change colors,
 they should be Planet Blue Grass Shwag....
I was thinking What material to Weave them with, perhaps you could make Kamping mats 'em and surveyors tape, ... beer coasters.  Camp art,,,,, hummm,  I will think on this one...

I just sent in a nice request for them to ask their manufacturer and
if no program exists to encourage one....
Hopefully I will get a reply that will sooth our eco-friendly glow yearning consciences
