Car Lineup

Hi folks,
Can somebody give us the scoop on the car lineup for this year? Last year was a little tough, and I imagine it'll spark new'ish rules. Help a brother out and let me know exactly how to proceed

This is such an excellent question. I recall my first time two years ago, showing up at the official start of "line-up" to be vehicle number 56.... Then last year, showing up the evening before (#28) to then move backwards with the "lottery". Hopefully we can get some additional guidance. Will be annoyed if I plan on arriving "on-time" to find out people have been camping on the street for hours/days.... I still find the camping tarp run to be very Un-Festivarian. You can be third in line, but after they stick 15 people with 2,000 sq.ft. tarps in the first vehicle get stuck at the portapotties.
