So this is my first time attending the festival and I have a few questions about camping, parking, shuttle, etc. I am staying at the Lawson Hill Campground and am curious how the parking/setting up your campsite works. How close is the free parking to this campsite? How often do the shuttles run from the parking and this campsite? Also, if I have 2 friends arriving before me, are they able to take my tent (they are staying at the same campground) and set it up for me? They have 2 camping passes and only one tent.

How often do shuttles run from the campsites to the festival grounds? Is it really worth it to bring bikes?

I have seen some posts that say the showers at the high school only take quarters. Is that the case?

Thanks so much for all your help!!!!!!!

I suggest that you use the "search" tab for Lawson Camping.  There you'll find way too many ticket posts, but also some good poast about what to expect, iincluding the buses and parking info you're looking for.

Your friends can set up your tent so you will be together. Shuttles run about every 15 minutes. You can drive into the campground to unload then be told where to go park. Not sure about the showers but they usually have someone who has quarters if needed. Have fun.

You won't need quarters for showers at the high school.  There will be folks at tables to take your money and give change when you walk in.  You'll pay a flat fee and you can take as long as you like in the shower.

At Town Park the showers are coin operated and on a timer like at a car wash. LOL

Really easy.  There is a convenience store across the road from the camping area.
