Lip balm

Tunes for the trip

my sunglasses

a couple of rolls of quarters for the shower.

those are among the things  I have had to stop for on the way in the past!

oh and my ticket... I had to have that sent from Denver year before last!

aslo useful:

a little tiny flashlight  that clips to my  backpack or my jacket to help find all the stuff when we are picking up the tarp at night.

extra batteries for whatever i bring that takes batteries...tent lights,  camera, etc.

more than one hat.. for both the sunny day and the COLD nights

a watch... can't see the readout on the cell phone in the bright sun and the stage does stick to a shedule!

a fleece liner for my sleeping bag.

mittens

Bailey's

a credit card.

In no particular order:

 - Dancing ( I wouldn't have survived under John Lithgow's regime)
 - Bourbon (well, I could but what's the fun of that)
 - Sam Bush
 - Festivarians

Headlamp.  It's all about the headlamp.  It keeps you from making a very serious and possibly life-altering mistake when you are stumbling around in the dark, looking for your tent and tent-mate after the festival. LOL LOL LOL LOL

I hear you, Daniela... and those headlamps are especially handy to have when you go into the port-a-potties at night... is the seat up... is it down?  Who wants to feel around in the dark to find out???  Not me!

In Peace,
Michelle

You put the lid down so that fumes that accumulate in the pot vent through the pipe out the top of the porto john....

A little ettiquette for you all here...

Knock before entering at night.
Leave the lid down when you leave
ALWAYS sit down or squat over the big hole
Boys pee in the basin on the side if you have to stand up
Leave nothing but your shit or urine in the porta john
Put down the lid when you leave

Wash your hands before you eat.

 Cheers Cheers Cheers Cheers
