This will be my second FF but first time camping on-site. I'm headed up to Bohn Park on Thursday morning for the "line-up". Understand the vehicles make there way over to PB at 1800 on Thursday evening. Once we are at PG, how do we get our campsites? Do we drive in and find a spot or is it like the tarp run to secure a space? (I've read the camping info on the PB website but still am puzzled regarding this procedure).

I'll be in my VW bus camping in the south lot.

What is the scoop regarding happenings on Thursday night? Everyone just settling-in and getting their groove on?

Look forward to meeting a bunch of you fellow festivarians.  Cheers

yep, the first of lines and scrambling for your favorite spot...then reconnecting with fellow festivarians, meeting new friends and listening to the sounds of gentle jammin' as people settle in to a fantastic weekend!

Whew.....had a close call over the weekend when my GF made me aware that I had failed to buy a "vehicle pass" along with our camping passes. Argh....what a knucklehead I am!!! Frown

Obviously by now all the vehicle passes are sold-out and I started to formulate a Plan B (tent camping) instead of glamping in our Westy. On a chance, I sent the folks at PB a nice email telling them how I screwed-up and wondering if there was anyway to buy a pass this late in the game.

This morning, I received an email response from the PB staff saying I was in luck if I acted fast. There were a couple vehicle passes that were posted in their "returned merchandise" section.  It took me about 4.2 seconds to log-on and secure one of those passes for the weekend.

So now I'm back to "Plan A" and super-stoked about the coming weekend. I'm heading up there Thursday morning for the line-up at Bohn Park. I'll be the very excited dude in a 1984 Westy.

See you folks there,

Nate
