Coming from NC, we head to Buen Tiempo for Mexican.  There are a few pretty cool saloons but they close early.  Ouray Brewing Company is good too. They're all walkable.  Enjoy! I'll be in NC streaming the KOTO feed.

C'mon down to Ridgway for dinner at Taco del Gnar, or the Colo. Boy brewery!

I second taco del gnar, but I recommend calling ahead to be sure they're open ... they seem to go by their own hours sometimes ... which is fine, but recently made a trip to Durango last thursday to see a back doctor.  Opted to come home via Ouray in order to see concert in park ... so went past Ouray JUST to go to taco del gnar and arrived at 5:55 only to be told the kitchen was closed & my story didn't mean jack ... so went to Thai Paradise & back to Ouray to see the Ragbirds in the park.

I've also called ahead from Montrose on another occassion, knowing I'd just be cutting it (9pm) only to learn they'd be closing at "8:30sh".

Again, definitely recommend & don't begrudge anyone for not wanting to work ... especially when things are slow, but I've been Soup nazi'd on hours twice in the past couple of weeks.
