I just checked out the webcam for Telluride and the snow is from top to bottom . . Do you think the river will swell over? It looks like a really good winter . WOW!! Don't get your underwear in a bunch Ross. This is Spring not Winter in Telluride. As fast as it lays down it melts and it is beautiful. Yes it is a very wet Spring and the rivers will be very full. The rivers may swell but its the temps that drive the runoff. So we shall see. One thing is for sure it is going to be green and beautiful and I love to dance in the rain. So who cares anyway. BRING IT! OK ok ok everything is relative. I forget I have lived in Colorado for a long time. Let me take this opportunity to stress to be prepared for all types of weather it is crucial to a good time. First few Fests I was wet, cold, drank too much and ate very little. Sun burned and cold at night I fainted twice. Be well advised to pace yourself, have a full layer of clothes with you at all times. That means rain gear you can wip out in a moments time, a hat and sunscreen gloves socks and different shoes one for wet one for dry....the weather in Colorado is ever changing so please do take it seriously and know that if you don't like the weather in Colorado wait 5 minutes it will change. I wear a swimsuit, a sleeveless t, a hoodie, rain gear for day and pull on pants. Light and easy to peel off and on.
