Thank you everyone. I reckon w will be buying beers for everyone all week. Cannot wait to meet you all? ( is that how you say it? )  Flower

That is how you say it!  Well done.  Medal

If you want to practice in advance, you can try out "Ya'll" (or even "all ya'll") in front of the mirror before you head to Colorado.   LOL

We aren't all from the American South, but some of us do sound funny at times; especially after some Crunchy Frog...

Just to clarify, because I am from the South....

"Y'all" is singular

"All Y'all" is plural

How about Wednesday at noon?

High noon is usually the time of The Town Park Cup. I think AF is on to something with the idea of 3:00 on Wednesday. That may be the only time to fit it in.

OK. 3:00 on Wednesday it is. We can gather everyone together at the main bathrooms/showers near the old jailhouse in Town Park.
 Cheers

Those that don't get into town until the festival starts can be part of a festivarian beer run/photo shoot at around 5:30 PM Thursday by the country store. Bring your cameras. Clap

There are plenty of 'melting stations'in that area (i.e., camp stoves).

I love Rumballs, but it always seems to conflict with FirstGrass which seems to start at the same time.  I'd hate to Rumball-and-run, but that seems to be the usual procedure.

Any way that Rumballs could start at 4???

I've got a couple boxes o'Jell-o to throw into the pot.  I think each makes a 12-16 shots.  Just an FYI, these things have to cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.  Who's bringing that to TP?  LOL

I'm beginning to think this may not work out. huh
It looks like everything will have to arrive and be prepared by Tuesday afternoon and I'm sure those condo refrigerators aren't all that big.
We would probably need two or three full sized empty refrigerators to hold it all and multiple kitchens to prepare them. :burn

We still have time, so let's put our heads together collectively and figure out an alternative. Cheers
