Update! I have decided to bring 10 gallons of Green Chile beer...I am set up to brew it at our brew club president's house May 17th...he has a 20 gallon system, all automated so that the burner comes on if the sparge drops in temperature and its SWEET. Cost him 3 grand, he bought it when he got a work bonus....must be nice...A beer that leaves a warm glow on a cold June night in Telluride!!!! Lil hombre

WOW!  that sounds great Michele!  We should put together a FIESTA in Town Park... oh I forgot... It's always a fiesta at Camp Flamingo!  Arrrriiiibbbba!  FESTEEEEEEEVAL!

The Kaptain  Cheers

Damnit!  I can't be there till Tuesday evening!!  You can't do anything fun without me, you just can't!!   I made some homemade plum port this winter, and so will be bringing that down to share with the masses!  It has a nice alcohol content of 15%, and goes with just about anything you can fit in your mouth!   Baby

Daniela, Daniela, Daniela....

Dahlin', you have GOT to get your priorities straight!  We've had this chat once before.  Do I have to punish your little Goddess ass?!
Just tell you boss that... hmmm.... let's see... Just tell him that you have a  quote family reunion quote and there will be family there you haven't seen in so long that you wouldn't even quote recognize them on the street! quote.

Yeah... that oughta do it.  As from what I hear... Karl would love to see Hooch take an extra day or two off.  Just a few less days of torture.  (Not Kaptain folks... different Karl.)

Now listen to your Queen Pombah Goddess... you are the one who named me that, after all.

. . . missed this last year. I am thinking my new motto will have to be "hike early in the day!" (if at all)

 LOL

There's got to be a green chile appetizer to go with the green chili beer and meade.  Hmmmmmmmm and Cajun?  I have a good cajun toast recipe - I wonder how long they would last.

ps. Hi Ron

Maybe I should stop mixing beer with my coffee before I post  EEK!

I'm planning and building my cook stove to double as a beer tap table - interesting possibilities.  Loving my new powertools, they are cordless and easier than I expected.  I'm having a little trouble making a collapsable table that is stable.  I'm sure I could have bought one for the time I've put in, but I guarantee if I ever finish it, it will be better than an aluminum folding table.
