Clarification about Town Park rules prior to Thursday

There seems to be some confusion on this topic, so I want to clarify: 

YOU MUST HAVE A TOWN PARK CAMPING PASS TO SET UP A TENT AND CAMP IN TOWN PARK BEGINNING AT 8PM SATURDAY 6/15 WHEN PLANET BLUEGRASS TAKES OVER THE CAMPGROUND.

Camping in Town Park prior to us fully "shutting it down" (to campers only) is not allowed for many reasons.

We are fairly lenient on visitors before Wednesday, though we do ask that if you are in the campground PLEASE GET YOUR WRISTBAND ASAP so that you can be identified as a Town Park camper.

In addition to that, the Town Park campground is not "open" to anyone who wishes to waltz in. GUESTS are allowed in the campground through Wednesday. It is expected that anyone entering the campground is with someone who has the proper credentials for being in the campground.

If I have a small camper and vehicle pass, and won't be land tarp tenting it--do I just rush for a spot in the loop?  Been up there once before, but just wanted to clarify for motorized campers.
