Anyone know how many people this place holds?  Presumably this is an easier ticket than the SOH?

What about the Palm?

Thanks!

Mountain Village holds A LOT more than the Sheridan and the Palm is really big too - not sure bout total capacity numbers though....Don't know if it's easier, necessarily, but the odds are better!!

I'd say the Conference Center holds close to a thousand people. It is a much easier ticket to get, you just need to make sure you're on it as soon as they go on sale.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of tickets you can buy for Yonder's Wednesday night Kickoff Party concert?

google search claims TCC holds 800, Palm holds 600, Sheridan holds 265, Moon Saloon (about 250?) ... if it's on the intraweb, it must be true ?

if you're geared up and ready thursday morning, you'll probably score tickets ... good luck :)

armmon  -- thank you!  I did a quick search but didn't see anything.

I'm geared up (rolling out the high-speed fiber as we speak).

The Yonder show has sold out in about an hour the past couple years.

I'm pretty sure tix were available throughout the entire day last year, maybe even the following day.

STS9 played two shows at the Conference Center last month and they overold the place by 100 people.  It was probably the most crowded I've ever seen the place.  Making matters worse is they don't open the side doors, they claimed it was because of the fog machine (which would set off the fire alarm in the hallway).   Luckily, nobody went hyperthermic or needed medical attention due to the extreme sweatbox factor.   That venue needs to really take ventilation more seriously as a health issue.   Hopefully, the new management at the conference center will allow the (side) doors to be opened for YMSB!

For the Palm and Conference Center shows, you'll be allowed to purchase up to 4 tix per show.  Same as last year...

I hope you're right!  I'll be on an airplane when the tickets go on sale, so I won't be able to hop on the site and purchase them for a couple of hours.  To add insult to injury, if my flights weren't all cancelled today, I would have been at my destination and ready to go tomorrow.  Argh!

Sorry to hear about the travel snafu, hopefully something panned out for you!  ... I actually went out of town today too and checked at the Durango aiport at 11:30 am and they were sold out at the time.   Although got ISD before getting in my car and heading out ... didn't want to spend the time with the site acting so sluggishly and needed to drive & get on a plane.
