Seriously, Y'all will get a daily schedule when you trade your tickets for wristbands! Sometimes they're even pocket sized!

Really, Auntie? Maybe that's when you first see the crack'o'sun over the mountain. Some of us have been in line, over to BIT, to RaM for bacon, back to bed, made more bacon, back in line, running like hell across Town Park, and parked in front of the "Ranger Station" between the "crack" and when the bands start for Festivaaaaal!

Usually it's 11am Thurs, and 10am the other days. (Sat band contest may start a bit earlier? 9:45?) Auntie always makes the right call tho, wait for the schedule to come out, then let us all know so we can plan better this year.

I am a virgin!  I am flying in and camping at Town park. So i will have limited gear. Is there food and COFFEE available?

Plenty of food and coffee in camp after we take care of the virgin sacrifice thing. Just be open and willing to pitch in someone will adopt you.

  The grocery stores in T'ride will treat you well. As will 'Baked in Telluride' and all the other fine cafe/coffee stops one has to make at least once every trip into the canyon.

So, at risk of asking the dumbest question ever on this forum, can someone please tell me how you all do your dishes in TP?  I know, this sounds completely ridiculous and OCD of me, but it was rather easy for us at Mary E. last year.  We had our truck close by to the tent and used gravity to our advantage to wash and rinse.  I've seen some really nice (read: expensive) setups on rei.com and the like.  Just wondering what everyone else does??

There are 2 sinks behind the bathhouse... Also, there is a water pump that you can get water from to take back to your camp if you prefer that way

No such thing as a stupid question friend. I bought this kitchen sink setup from cabellas on line, takes up some space but it is really handy for camping.

It's really not necessary to do a big kitchen set up..... ( unless you really want to- I've been begging for a Cabela's for years but don't have one yet).... All you need are some plastic buckets or tubs.... Also, there are may wagons around that you can borrow to take your water back to your camp too if needed..... Occasionally, there are even kids willing to fetch the water and pull the wagons for you too for a small donation..LOL

The only events in town that require tickets would be the nightgrass shows, and Planet Bluegrass will announce lottery sales for those soon after the shows are scheduled.

Other than nightgrass, the free workshops in Elk's Park downtown are the only in town events.

Two regular dishpans. One for dishwater, one for cold water rinse pan.

One potable water container (large cooler, 5 gal. camping bottle, or whatever you have on hand).

One camp stove and one pot to boil water for wash pan.

OK - now you're ready to do dishes... anywhere!
