ckshusker - I feel the same way...asking question that others have answered a thousand times!  For instance...where do you keep your money?  I know it seems like a stupid question, but I would think you would need to take a fair amount with you...I suppose you just keep it in your pocket at all times.  Yep...that's me...newbie!  Good luck with getting a pass!
No questions are stupid. I think that is a BRILLIANT question, and I'd like to know the answer too.  Thumbs Up

Wave 1 tube of lip gloss, one Credit Card, 40 bucks and a drivers ID. That is really all you need and it fits in any fanny pack . Do not be foolish and carry large amounts of cash an ATM and Bank are very close by for all your needs, and if by chance you do carry cash, put it in your sock like a city girl not your pocket Wink Flower

You really only need cash to buy food from the vendors, so you don't really need a lot of cash....just your trusty debit card and a smile.....Oh and maybe some tequila to trade for food in Town Park! Cheers Festival Mentality Pirate

I have a small "purse" that is meant for travel when you need to carry only the essentials.  It's a cross-body design and is meant for carrying cash, cards, passports, etc, and I know REI has them for decent prices.  It is thin and fits right against your body. You won't even notice it's there.   :)

Yes, I would say all you need is a very small cross body purse- just enough to hold ID card, about 40 bucks and ATM card. You can always hit ATM if you need more $$...  Cargo pants with zippered pockets etc work well too

Don't leave your wallet in your tent... it will slide into some obscure tucked under corner, leaving you fully convinced you lost it until its time to pack up!
