I messaged the guy with the $700 TP passes to see if he meant 2 for $700, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. He, of course, did not mean that, and then he told me "You face value ticket people are a funny bunch. Supply & demand- It’s how the world works..." Said some other unkind stuff too. He said he has em on Craigslist, eBay & StubHub and plans to keep reposting. I told him I plan to keep re-flagging

Supply and demand must not be working too well if he's got 10 TP, 2 WF, 2VPs (and a partridge...), but he's right, it is funny.

Although nobody should buy above face value, if he drops to face, report that ticket number to PB/Dustin and they'll be able to prevent that buyer from making a purchase in the future.

That is the most depressing thing I’ve read all day. Is that what it’s come to? ( I wrote my masters thesis by interviewing fans who slept in line to buy tickets for bands).  So sad.

I am just wondering why we are doing PB work for them bu chasing down the scalpers? Planet Bluegrass researched and chose this new system. It seems like making sure scalpers could not get the tickets would be a top priority. It is very discouraging to see all these scalper posts...and how blatant they are.
