So far, the first announcements look good.   That said...here's a few suggestions:

Bruce Cockburn
Richard Thompson (he could come every year as far as I'm concerned)
Shawn Colvin (solo acoustic)
David Crosby & Graham Nash
John Haitt
Acoustic Hot Tuna

But the one artist I wish whom would return to the Planet Bluegrass stage the most right
now is...

The Lumineers would be a great addition. They are an up and coming group from Denver and recently wowed a lot of people at SXSW. Get 'em while they're hot!

First let me say Thank You big time to Planet Bluegrass for bringing Richard Shindell to the folks festival!  I have been suggesting him for years and I am just so thrilled that he will be there this year. Thank you Planet Bluegrass!  In addition to my previous suggestions earlier this year of Lucy Kaplansky, Ellis Paul, Dar Williams, Darryl Purpose and a few others... I would like to add Tristan Prettyman. She is dynamic and the music would be perfect for folks Fest.  Please check her out Planet Bluegrass... You will not be disappointed. And I think she is not yet scheduled in August :). Would love to see her on the Mountain stage this summer!!  She is fabulous!
