My first time at a festival like this ever. I just got my onsite vehicle pass and I have a 3 day onsite camping ticket. I have a required orientation on friday I must attend so I will be late in getting there... will this be a problem? How will I know where to go?

Where are you coming from?  Are you local?  Can you set up camp Thursday and get a ride to your meeting?

One more question. I am camping and attending the festival alone, however I will have someone bringing my truck camper and helping me set up then leaving. Will this be an issue on Thursday? Will he be allowed to help me if he has no ticket?
