I will second this with everything I can muster. That is my all time favorite album. I think Darrell should be an every year type of act, anyway.

Here you go...

String Cheese Incident (Saturday Night)

Goat Rodeo

Pokey LaFarge (!!!)

Jayme Stone

Grant Gordy Quartet

David Grisman Sextet

Leftover Salmon

Roses Pawn Shop

Special Request:

Something involving Bryan Sutton, Noam Pikelny and friends on the Elks Park Stage so we can hear stuff from their current and forthcoming albums.

I also like the Willie Nelson and Ricky Skaggs ideas but would rather see SCI to make up for what I agree was a snoozer of a set from RRE last year. I like them and was excited to see them for the first time but they seemed at least as tired as their set made me. They have some great sets on archive and their new album is great so I suppose everyone can have an off night. I just figured it wouldn't be closing the night at T-ride.  I loved Yonder with their new found energy this year but felt they blew their best tunes on firstgrass and  Sheridan. There just wasn't that much left for main stage without repeats.

Alternatively, Punch Brothers didn't make many repeats in their 5 hrs worth of sets and I was never bored.

I enjoy alternative groups like Decemberists and Mumford and Sons. Mumford was awesome during Punch Bros set at the Sheridan. That said, I'd like to see someone different this year but can't think of what. I think diversity is good for the festy and should continue!  Thumbs Up

On the alternative front, here's a few suggestions from acts with strong releases during this last year:

Tea Leaf Green- said it before and I'll say it again, Radio Tragedy is great.
Ha Ha Tonka- touring soon w/ TLG, perfect for the fest, Death of a Decade is impressive
My Morning Jacket- they just get weirder (and often better)
Iron & Wine- Sam doesn't do it for everyone, but he does it for me...

Like to see Drive-By Truckers again tho the 'To-Do didn't do it for me

Not so alternative...
Gillian Welch

Female act I'd like to see the most though is:
Neko Case- love her voice, she could sing the freakin' phone book and I'd be happy, time for a return.

Lonesome River Band has a new recording coming out. I'm sure they'd love to share a few tunes in T-ride!  Thumbs Up
