You may be able to get a weak signal from the Town Park camping office.
The library in town has WiFi as did Baked in Telluride in years past.
There's also O'Bannon's Pub in town just up the street from Baked. Cheers

Last year I was able to connect from my campsite  Thumbs Up
I think the signal was originating from the Ice Hockey Pavillion
I  remember seeing a few people sitting at the Pavillion with their laptops runnin....
