Keep checking in the ticket exchange. Another good bet is to look in the returned ticket section of planet bluegrass. http://shop.bluegrass.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=93 Returned tickets will be posted at noon (MST) every Tuesday.

 "Bela's significant other's new one"

That would be Bela's wife, Abigail Washburn, who is currently on tour with her band.

Abby is a very accomplished musician in her on right, and if you were at TBF last year you may already know there's one thing she does much better than Bela.

Sing while playing banjo!  Evil

Been a big fan of Abby for a long time ... Uncle Earl was (and occasionally still is) one of my favorite groups to see live. And yeah, to Bela's defense, it's tough to sound good singing about stiff cock ... tails :)

I'm freaking out, too. This year seems different. Is it just because of the online lottery and the use of credit cards to buy the tickets in groups? Are there  a new bunch of scalpers hoarding the TP tickets for inflated re-sale on Craig's List or are there simply some TP regulars hoarding tickets for their closest friends before releasing them to those who've made requests? I desperately need a minimum of two TP tickets for my camp and could really use four. I have my own at this point, but I am, apparently, one of the rare ones who won the lottery for four TP passes this year.

Still, I've always been able to wrangle a deal for more TP passes at the last minute in previous years. I've posted several times on the forum, with no response. Now, I'm getting really worried. Like Debbie said, the line-up has ALWAYS been great, so that can't be the determining factor this year. Should I advise these other long-time members of our camp to buy single day tix and camp in Lawson? How re-sell-able with those tickets be later on?  huh

Don't panic.  It's still wayyyy early.  Seems like every year everyone has an early-spring freak out over lack of tickets up for re-sale.  Typically the tix start cutting loose a little later as people realize they can't make the festival for whatever sad reason.  Just hold your water!!  I still need a few for my crew too, so am also saying this to myself to keep myself from having a fit  Evil
