Plan? PLAN?? Who on earth would PLAN for something like this?
You're talking to people who have packing lists we hone and refine year after year, trailers that just stay pre-packed, folks that prepare food and beverages for the whole year. We know *exactly* where our tents/kitchens/picking parlors go, and we bring the tools/ladders/heavy equipment to make it all possible. We don't just plan....we plan, plot, scheme, conspire and obsess...we suffer OCD over this all, and we revel in it.
Now that we have that out of the way, I'll beat Tom and Hope to the punch and talk to you about that there vehicle pass. Keep in mind I know nothing about you, so maybe this all applies to you...but you see, some of us aren't exactly spring chickens anymore. Some of the campground regulars are a little over the hill, and in the process of getting there they've had various surgeries, ailments, medical conditions and other experiences which make tent camping just not possible anymore. With vehicle passes in such short supply (help me out here someone...what is it now...75?) we all work together to try and get those passes into the hands of the medically needy. 'Cause without those passes, they jsur can't come, and that makes us all very sad.
Having said that (and thus having performed my duties as described in the Festivarian contract), the answer to your question is "Yes". You can pull in, find a spot for your pop-up, drop it off and then go park the truck where you are directed (you can't keep the truck in there).
Welcome to the party, we'll see you on the homestead!
