As a lifelong Westfalia owner, I'm contemplating a move to a Dolphin. Love my Syncro and it's ability to be a daily driver, etc.  On the other hand, being able to walk around, cook, full head, space, etc would be great. Any dolphin owners out there able to counsel me?
