We at the Galt House understand your dissatisfaction with the persons responsible for the changes in the Bluegrass Hotel event which is to be held at the Galt House on March 20th. We sold guest room packages with two complimentary concert tickets based on what we were advised would be taking place at the event. Like you, we understand now that the line up has changed and we have been approached by some individuals for a refund on the non-refundable packages that were sold.
If you would like to cancel your reservations, you will receive a gift certificate for one night's stay to be used within the next twelve (12) months based upon availability (excluding Thunder Over Louisville, Kentucky Derby & New Year's Eve). Reservations are required and can be made by emailing
