As I sat here in The Acoustic looking out the window at the beautiful breezy day up here in Ned a woman got out of her car and started the trek up 1st Street in a short, plaid pleated skirt, knee high white stockings and a little cardigan.  I thought to myself, "that is some SHORT skirt!"

A gust of wind blew her skirt up around her waist and I thought of you Jess...  Evil
