Do the campground shuttles run until the Nightgrass shows are over?  If not, are there any stables in Telluride proper?

Yes the shuttles are usually fine and you can get back after Nightgrass. If you are staying in Mountain Village you might miss the encore if you need to race out to catch the final lift up the mountain but that’s a small matter. Enjoy!
