As of today  appears there is no ' Sell Back'  for See Tickets.

Can't get a live person,  so I guess I'll post what I haveavailable

The Telluride Bluegrass Festival refund deadline is almost here! Festivarians, the last day to submit a refund request for your Telluride Bluegrass tickets is THIS FRIDAY, March 6.

If you need a refund, please e-mail: help@seetickets.us. The subject line of your email should read: “Telluride Bluegrass Festival Refund - (your name)”. Please include your See Tickets order number (begins with the letters “gn”) along with exact details of your refund request.

See Tickets can only refund you back to the same card that your tickets were purchased. There will be no refunds after this date. No extensions or exceptions.

Unfortunately had to request refund for 2020 four-day passes.  Followed the Planet's directions and emailed See tickets on March 3.  Received friendly confirmation of email receipt immediately.  Received email that refund request had been approved on March 5.  So, the refund process seems to be working just fine with the new ticketing vendor.
