Getting packed up and ready to head to Telluride. The question I have, as we plan on being there Tuesday, which process is better? Go the the campground and setup or go to town and get passes (or what ever is used) at office? and where is the office at? This is our first year and ready for our time in the mountains.
tnx

Set up first then you can drive into town and get wristbands, check out Telluride and visit town park on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hello -

I am staying at this campground this year. We are bringing a small camper. We were going to park the truck outside the campground...is the parking lot close ? I was wondering if it would be easier to have it outside for easy in and out of the campground? Or in your opinion is in and out of the campground easy enough to have your vehicle close to you ? Thanks

You'll need a couple vehicle passes in order to have your truck inside the campground along with your camper.  If you just have the 1, the truck will be parked along the road just outside the campground.  The later you arrive, the further up the road it will be.  It's not a really an in-and-out-regularly kind of campground, and you won't be able to drive into town anyway starting Wednesday.
