Telluride is tucked in a remote pocket of the world, seemingly remote from the violence and tragic headlines that plague other towns, other countries. But the reality is that the unforeseen “it” could happen here.

For those with malice on their minds, large gatherings of people enjoying music or having a couple of drinks and dancing with their friends have been targeted with horrifying outcomes. Las Vegas. Bataclan. Pulse. Borderline. Sheridan Opera House management never wants to be on that list.

I don't really have concerns about this as long as the coat check is free and it doesn't take me an hour to get my coat after the show.  We stay in Mountain Village and there have been many nights that we barely made it to the G on time.  I would hate to have to leave a Nightgrass show early just to get my coat from the coat check so I ensure that I make it to the G before 2:00.

I know, don't wear a coat, don't stay in MV, find alternate transportation, etc.  Cool.  Thanks.   :peace
