Yes, "The Mark-Up at Telluride" has been open since sometime in the middle of last summer. Unfortunately, they're priced wayyyyy higher (on average) than the old Village Market. I used to go to Clarks for some things and the old Village Market for others, but after the VM changed hands & jacked up their prices, I don't even bother going in there unless it's a matter of convenience re: a small item if I happen to be in the center of town & in the midst of doing something.
As far as other changes to other businesses:
Sunshine Pharmacy is under new ownership and moved to next door to the Music Store's new home. I still get my Rx there as well as OTC & find the pricing to be comparable to old store. A new Visitor's Center is currently being build where the old pharmacy was located.
Steaming Bean has been closed since April 2015. The New Sheridan took over their space, but have been severely stalled over structural issues. Just peeked inside today and it's almost completely gutted.
However, there is a brand new Coffee / Tea House next to Patagonia named "Ghost Town", just had a coffee there today. I think they'll have a nice outdoor space in the summer:

I don't know what's going in there, but OB's is now taking over The Moon's space & calling itself O'bannon's. Unfortunately, the new owner is not keen on music so much & is scaling back shows to 1-2 per month. Great for those who like to drink in the day, but HUGE blow to local music scene! Not sure what they have planned for Bluegrass, and they're in the midst of a bit of a remodel:

They've been a favorite stop in Ridgway for past couple few years & are working hard to get things open by bluegrass:
