We are planning on attending the 2016 festival but since we will be flying in, it will be difficult to bring tents, etc.  Is there a company that sets up your campsite for you?

That's not something that really happens in Telluride. This forum is a really good resource for you to make friends in advance of your journey. Many folks have extra gear that they are happy loan you. You can also rent the larger gear at the "gateway" cities before making the treck to Telluride. The post office is a great place to drop ship your gear, just address it to General delivery and it will be there waiting for you when you arrrive.

Hope this helps.
