Handicap accessibile?

I know last year it was pretty difficult getting through from the entrance up to the silo with a scooter or wheelchair due to the large rocks that were laid down after the floods. Has there been any improvements that make it more accessible or is it still larger rocks? It was a bit easier getting in the side entrance further back by the first aid station, but that just makes for a longer trip from the front of the ranch in the onsite area and less likely to spend any time at the vendors.
