This will be our first time to bring bicycles to commute from the high school. Is there a bicycle parking area at the festival? I'm also wanting to bring a bike trailer for my daughter. Is it ok to leave it on while the bikes are parked, or is that obnoxious because it takes up extra space?

There are a multitude of racks around town of varying distance to the fest. I think the one by the post office stays fairly full. If there's nothing convenient right outside the fest, you'll be able to tie up within a few blocks pretty easily I should think. Some spots are more trailer friendly than others.
