About 1/4 mile from my house, there's a band playing. Is it wrong that I've sat here with my eyes closed for the last 10 minutes pretending I'm hearing the echo off box canyon walls? Only 337 days, right?

I hear ya! The first week or so after I get back i have 'festival hangover' and am just happy to be back home. Then the little TBFaddiction rears it's head and I have to wait for 350 days to get a fix---aarrgghh!! Had a little 'methadone relief' last week (the Buzzard Mtn Boys at a little amphitheatre by my house) but it is a very poor substitute for the mainline that town park gives you.  Cheers

For me, temporary relief comes from the Grey Fox festival next weekend.  I get to hear Nickel Creek, Del, Tim and Darrell, Keller and McCoury's, Frank Solivan and Aoife all over again.  ...But they kept on dancin'...

Thumbs Up Yep it takes awhile to get back into the groove and then when you do, it starts. A longing to go back, over and over again. Euphoric, the music, the mountains the entire state of mind.

I think music can transform the world if we allow it to. Its universal.

I keep my live injections to just a few each year and they become like candy. I want more, always. Medal
