Howdy folks.  Every year I've been to the TBF I've seen a small gravel lot filled with rv's and pop up trailers at the end of town and just before the festival entrance.  Any of you nice folks know or have a lead on who might run this little operation?

I may be wrong, but I think it's the operations crew for the Festival, sound booth guys, lighting techs, food vendors, security crew...
