Hi everyone.  Our web team has found the problem, but they had to take the site down to make the fix.  Thanks for everyone's patience on this.  We're working on this problem as fast as we can..

Added three 3-day passes and three Meadow Park camping passes to my cart.  Proceeded to checkout, entered billing information, clicked "Place Order".  Result: the same popup error:

"There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later."

judging from the comments I am assuming it was not even close. The other "best" thing you got rid of was releasing tickets in groups (Holiday specials, 3 day passes, eventually the singles, etc) which pretty much thwarted scalpers in the past. Lo and behold, this year 3 day passes are on Stubhub for 300 dollars. At least the scalpers are grateful.
