Bluegrass fest this weekend in Westcliffe ...

Is anyone going to the High Mountain Hay Fever Bluegrass fest this weekend in Westcliffe, CO? .. link is http://www.highmountainhayfever.org/home.asp .   It starts today and runs thru sunday.  I'm heading down there saturday for the day/evening.  Day passes are $20 - $30.  $75 for whole weekend .. and .. camping pass is $10.00 ... for whole weekend.

  Just thought I'd mention another event .    I've been to Bluegrass fests every weekend since Telluride .. seein' how long I can keep this roll going .

Geez, I'd love to go to this but it's just a squosh too far away.  If you find any more festivals closer to the Western Slope, let me know and I'll be there!

Hmm .. there's also the Crestone Music Fest ..  Aug 3-5 .. its a bit closer to the west slopes.. not much, tho .. sill on this side of monarch pass .. and due south from Poncha Springs.

I'll be sure to post other fests as I come across them.  If nothing else .. there's the Utah Arts Fest next summer .

.. on the non-bluegrass front .. Rock Jam is 7-8 September in Grand Junction ... some folks at work are heading out for that.
