I haven't been able to stop listening to Johnny C since I first read this announcement. I'm so excited!

I wish I understood his appeal.  No doubt the man has range, has soul and major stage presence.  He is a major voice in bluegrass, but in my opinion I find him kinda cheesy and over the top.  Or atleast that's how I remember him from Bluegrass many years back.  Glad so many love him, I'm probably one of the few that isn't on that bandwagon

Cool that these announcements were made here first  Thumbs Up

I think that it is always important in music to be opened minded when you are watching and hearing someone. They grow and change many times over in front of all of us. Style, influence and delivery changes with the times.
And I'm not sure about you guys but it takes a few listens for me to really hear the whole sound

Mr. Cowan has always given me goosebumps and you are correct, that man can deliver a song, wide range indeed. I like em.... Flower
